Summary of Poop & Scoop Operations.
We hope this gives you a better understanding of how we work.
• Prices are based on a year of service.
• We service year round.
• We offer our service Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly.
• All prices are based on the size of the property.
• The yards are walked in a grid and cleaned to the best of our ability.
• Waste will be bagged and left in the client’s garbage pails or can be taken away for an additional fee.
• If garbage pails are not accessible, waste will be taken and you will be charged a fee.
• Leaves in the fall and high grass make it difficult to see but we do our best to get it all.
• Heavy snowfall on scheduled pick-up days will result in no pick-up with no credit applied. This happens because we will still pick it up when the snow melts. Mother nature cannot be avoided.
• We offer removal of small dead rodent, bird etc. for an additional fee.
• Any new or returning client must pay a first time clean up fee.
• All clients must submit a credit card to keep on file. It will only be charged if your bill is delinquent.
• Payments can be made by check(as long as we have a credit card on file), cash or credit card.
• We email our invoices for payment by check. We do not email an invoice if we charge your card monthly unless requested by client.
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month for that month. • File only cards will be charged 7 days after due date if payment is not received.
• Bounced checks will result in a $25.00 fee.
• If payment is not received before the new invoice goes out a $15.00 routing fee will be applied to the previous invoice.
