What happens in snow or bad weather?
We work in most weather conditions, but snow or very cold weather can stop us. If there is more than about half an inch of snow, we will postpone that day's service. If snow stays on the ground for more than a week, but there is no new snow to cover it, we will do our regular cleanups to prevent excessive accumulation.
Our company will usually work in the rain. A very heavy rainfall may stop us, though. Especially in the summer months we guarantee that the weather will not affect your weekly service.
What about holidays?
When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we use a holiday schedule that will get your yard done either the day before or after but there will not be a missed appointment. Service returns to the regular day the following week.
How often should I schedule service?
Most customers choose weekly service to maintain a clean, odor-free yard. For properties with multiple dogs or heavy use, we can schedule more frequent visits. Bi-weekly service is also available for lighter needs. We recommend at least weekly service to prevent waste buildup and keep your yard healthy.
Do I need to be home?
No! Most of our customers aren't home when we come. As long as we have access to your yard, we'll take care of everything. We always make sure gates are securely closed when we leave. Your pets' safety is our top priority.
Is your service safe for my pets?
Absolutely! We use pet-safe practices and products. Our team is trained to work safely around pets, and we always ensure gates are closed securely to prevent escape. Many of our team members are pet owners themselves and understand the importance of pet safety.

How does the Weekly Bucket Service work?
It's simple! We provide you with a bucket, you fill it with pet waste throughout the week, and we pick it up every week. We clean and sanitize the bucket, then return it for the next week. It's convenient, affordable, and eco-friendly.
What happens on my first visit?
On your first visit, we'll do a complete yard cleanup to get you started fresh. For bucket service customers, we'll drop off your bucket and set your weekly pickup day. We'll note any special instructions about your property or pets, and make sure we have access to your yard.
Can I cancel or pause service?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling. You can pause service if you're going on vacation or cancel anytime with notice. For annual contract customers, early cancellation terms apply (see your agreement). Just give us a call at (631) 392-0888.
I have multiple dogs - is the price different?
For our Weekly Bucket Service, the price is the same regardless of how many dogs you have โ as long as the waste fits in the bucket! For very large yards or multiple large dogs, we can provide additional buckets or recommend twice-weekly service for an additional fee.
Do you handle geese waste too?
Yes! We offer specialized geese waste removal and deterrent services. Geese droppings can be hazardous and damage your lawn. We provide a free site survey to assess your property and recommend the best solution. Contact us to schedule your free survey!
